Winchester Model 100 MANUFACTURED 1963, Serial Number 66474, and is a rare combination of .284 Win. with the CUT checkering that was produced LESS THAN ONE YEAR. Includes Model 100 detachable box magazine, leather sling, hundreds of rounds of brass, and eighty (80) rounds WInchester X. The brass appears new! The Winchester Super X .284 Win. rounds include three (3) boxes 125 grain soft point bullet, model 2841. Another Winchester Super X .284 Win. 150 grain Power Point (SP) bullet, model 2842, is included. Each vintage box of Winchester Super X ammo are 20 rounds each. The Winchester Model 100 is an excellent collector grade semi-auto rifle. The 22\" barrel has an excellent clean and shiny bore. The barrel is stamped \"Win Proof Steel\". The receiver is drilled and tapped, includes the original 4 shot detachable mag., 22 in. round barrel with open sights (adjustable rear and ramp style front), gas operated, basket weave checkering cut on stock, and pistol grip cap. The wood does have some normal wear marks as shown in the pictures. The .284 Win. is a collector as less Model 100‚‚s were manufactured in this Pre-1964 caliber. Adding to the rarity of the .284 Win. PRE-64, the pre-1964 production of the .284 Win. cal. is with cut checkering and was made for less than one year
