This revolver includes the paperwork and original box with Product Code 100131. Spec. Ord. 5322. The fourth edition of The Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson mentions this special order model on page 206.
Metal is excellent, with a visible turn line and a tiny nick on the right side of the barrel just in front of the frame (see pic #9). There may be other minor handling marks.
Grips are excellent. There may be minor handling marks.
Box is in good condition with wear and one corner partially torn. The end label is correct.
