Description:
This is a Curt Anschutz hunting and sporting rifle, chambered in 8mm Mauser. A member of the Anschutz family, Curt Anschutz was in the business of manufacturing from 1919 - 1939. In 1925 he first started advertising his custom hunting and sporting rifles, and by 1927 he was advertising for target guns. It is believed that this gun was manufactured in 1925-1926. This rifle is in mint shape - all original parts, details in engraving are crisp, wood stock has been kept in pristine condition. The bolt and trigger are extremely smooth.
