This Browning Model 71 rifle was hand engraved by Edgar J. and Robert A. LaLancette in Providence, Rhode Island. It is a one of a kind design, featuring scrollwork engravings throughout and images of moose on either side of the stock. It is inlaid with gold and copper on the receiver, hammer, trigger, lever, barrel bands, and tubular magazine. The lower tang is case hardened and the 24” barrel is blued and compensated.
The rifle includes a sling, ammo pouch, handmade solid teak case, and a hand engraved knife all crafted by the rifle’s engravers.
