RARE SAVAGE ARMS CO. MODEL 1911 BOLT ACTION 22 SHORT CAL. REPEATING RIFLE CA. 1911-12. 20” barrel with Savage Arms address and June 2, 1908 patent date. 20 shot butt feed tubular magazine. Serial numbered on the edge of the ejection port in the 38xxx range. All original and matching. Fine overall with approximately 80-90% blue with even patina mixed in. Stock with the original finish. Small chip out of forward part of comb. Very good bore and in working order. Scarce and superior example.
