This is a pre-owned Springfield Armory Model 1911 in restored condition. Carrying serial number 125931, this example was originally built in 1915.
The previous owner had the WWI-era service sidearm restored by us in 2015. Restoration work included:
- New period-correct slide, fitted
- New period-correct barrel, fitted
- New extractor, firing pin and stop, fitted
- New period-correct magazine
- Polish frame, slide and parts for period-correct finishes
- Restore all original markings
- Charcoal blue frame, slide and parts
- New period-correct double diamond checkered walnut grips
