Description:
Marlin model 39 .22 S, L, LR with 24" octagon barrel with factory rear sight and front blade. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Action retains quite a bit of vivid case colors, however, some have dulled. Barrel shows some blue wear at the muzzle and edges of octagon barrel along with some spots of blue thinning. Deluxe walnut pistol grip stock with s-curve grip has been professionally repaired at the tow and refinished. A crack is noted at the toe, but has been repaired. Both the fore end and stock have some light handling marks and scratches. Has the coveted star stamped on top tang. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle

Metal Condition: "Case colored action has dulled some, but still retains vivid colors. Bottom of action has turned gray. Barrel shows some wear at the muzzle and edges with a few areas of blue thinning.
Wood Condition: Walnut pistol grip stock with s-curve grip has been repaired at the toe and professionally refinished. A small chip of the plastic butt plate is missing. Both fore end and stock have some light handling marks and scratches with none through the finish.
Bore Condition: Bright bore with strong rifling.
Barrels: 24" octagon barrel.
Triggers: Smooth trigger.
