Scarce Standard Products US M1 Carbine - .30 caliber, 18" barrel, S/N correct 2122149. "Std Pro" marked on the receiver above the interior of stock swivel. Parkerized finish. No barrel markings. Walnut stock with red painted probable arms room marking.
Standard Products completed M1 Carbine production in April 1944, with a total M1 carbine production of 247,160, about 4% of all 1 carbines.
Barrrel shiny through out with slight haze in riflings near muzzle.
