Description:
Excellent Condition Brass Frame Ruger Old Model Blackhawk in 45LC with factory letter. Very desirable 4 5/8 barrel and 3 screw frame. This is an extremely rare and collectable Ruger as there were only 620 produced in 45LC. Even less were produced in the 4 5/8" barrel. The serial number indicates it was manufactured in 1972 on the database. The Old Model Blackhawks ceased production in 1973 but this one must have been stored as special order for a customer as the letter states that it left the factory in 1978. Possibly the the last Old Model Blackhawk to leave the factory.
