WOW, what a really great coat. Here, at River Junction we are very proud of the wonderful men's fur coats we have searched out for you in the past. This one is the topper of them all !!! A Beautiful Buffalo Hide Coat, professionally made and fully lined, with pockets and toggle button closure. In my research on buffalo coats of this quality I find prices starting at $2500.00 and ranging to $6000. and up. This coat is a collectible work of art that will enhance any cowboy or native American display. Great for log cabin decor or old west gun room. Or just wear it!!! Driving the Butterfield Stage in the Dakota Territory with a team of six and a cold wind blown, you need to be warm. On the Fargo to Bismark Stage run the only way to do that is with this great coat. Commercially tanned and tailored , with long sleeve, and mid calf length. Tanned hide with hair on, quilted padded cloth lining, and sleeve lining. Eight toggle buttons. This is not an antique but, a modern made coat is in near new condition. No loose threads, some slight wear around the edges of the cuffs. This coat is as if was warn yesterday. I have never seen one better. no tears no rips, no loose threads. The hide is soft and flexible. There is not enough adjectives to tell you how wonderful this coat is. Will fit men's sizes 46, 48, 50 and 52 most comfortably. These big sizes are always the hardest to find. This for the coat only. Other items maybe purchased elsewhere.
