22 1/2" tapered round Krieger barrel with detented-hooded full-band front sight, full-band swivel base, and quarter rib with 1 standing and 3 folding platinum-lined express sights engraved for 50, 100, 200 and 300 yards. Prominently straight-grained quarter-sawn European walnut stock by Jim Tucker with ebony forend tip, classic wrap-around point-pattern checkering, engraved steel pistol grip cap, classic comb, beaded pancake cheekpiece, rear swivel stud (both SuperGrade width) and Silvers red rubber recoil pad. Prewar, cloverleaf-tang Winchester Model 70 action with type I safety, 3-panel checkered bolt knob, built-up and checkered bolt stop, and custom hinged floorplate with release inside triggerguard. Leupold Vari-X III 1.5-5x matte-finished scope with fine duplex reticle on one-of-a-kind handmade claw mounts. Metalwork by Steve Heilmann. Fine scroll engraved by Lee Griffiths and with a prancing buck bulino-engraved on the floorplate. Pull: 14". Weight: 8lbs, 14oz. C.A.C. Rifle No.34. Virtually new condition.
