Description:
This an excellent example of a rare Walther PP issued to the Nazi military at the end of WW2, in 1945. It is all matching, has the proper "Waffen 359" military acceptance proofs on the frame and slide, no slide legend, and has an "ac" Walther factory code on the right side of the slide. This variation is rare, as only about 2,500 of guns were made with this configuration. The gun has retained about 96% of its late-war finish. There is minor muzzle wear, hints of wear around the high edges, and minor thinning and light brown patina on the straps. There are a few dots of discoloration on the left side of the slide near the muzzle and an area of noticeable discoloration at the front edge of the frame. Comes with excellent late-war wood grips and a rare end-of-war "w"-marked magazine. The bore is near-mint.
