When SIG Sauer was tasked with competing for the US Army’s contract to replace the outdated M9 Beretta 92, SIG did not disappoint. The MHS handgun is a variant of the SIG SAUER® P320® pistol and is equipped with an external safety, an integrated MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail for the attachment of light and laser systems, self-illuminating night sights to maintain combat effectiveness in all lighting conditions, and is capable of accepting a sound suppressor. The M17 won the contract and will replace the M9 across the military over the next 10 years. The Standard production commercial M17 variant comes with 4.7" barrel, coyote tan finish, SIGLite night sights with DP Pro Plate (removable plate for mounting Romeo1), two 17rd magazines and includes thumb safety. The controls (safety, trigger, slide catch lever) are black. Whether you are a military weapons collector or want a firearm that is so durable and reliable the US Army has praised and accepted it as its new official service sidearm, the SIG P320 M17 will get the job done.

However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)

$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.

Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
