Description:
This Walther Sportmodell is a German manufactured gun from Thuringia, a central German state. This is a military training model that remains in excellent overall condition. Wood is solid showing only light use marks and some discoloration from age. Blue and bore are also excellent. Gun is complete with Walther front sight/barrel cover that is stamped "Walther". Gun has German proof marks on right side of barrel but none on wood. Top rear of receiver is stamped "Waffenfabrik Walther Zella-Mehlis Thüringen". This is a single shot training rifle that has a 200 yard military rear sight, bayonet lug, and dust cover. .22 Long Rifle
