ORNATE LIEGE PERCUSSION OVER/UNDER OFFICER’S PISTOL CIRCA 1840. 12” o/a with 6” smoothbore .64 cal. round Damascus barrels with Liege proofs at right breech of both barrels. Double hammers and triggers. Locks and mounts with floral relief engraving of excellent quality. Rosewood stock with checkered grips and relief floral engraved butt cap with handsome lion head relief cap trap boss. Original wood horn tipped ramrod. Working order and excellent bore. Nice original patina overall. Locks in working order and good bores.
