Description:
Winchester Model 1892 Carbine, chambered in .44-40 WCF. Features include: 20 in. round barrel, 2 barrel bands, and sling ring. This rifle was manufactured in 1919 as by the serial number. The wood on both the stock and forearm is in great condition despite age and various scuff marks here and there. There is some loss of wood finish on the right side of the stock near the receiver. Some bluing is left on the receiver, but most has turned to a brown patina. Bluing is present all along the barrel, with only a single spot of patina on the top of the barrel. .44-40 Winchester
