he Smith & Wesson® M&P® Shield™ EZ™ without Thumb Safety Semi-Auto Pistol Range Kit with 5 Magazines and M&P Pro Tac Single Handgun Case is a purpose-built range kit, designed to provide everything you need for a day at the range. When designing the Shield EZ, Smith & Wesson focused on making the slide easy to rack and the magazine easy to load; as well as making the pistol simple and safe to use. A lightened slide with reduced recoil-spring tension, an internal hammer, and plenty to grip onto at the rear of the slide, allow shooters to pull the slide back with minimal strength for loading and clearing the weapon. The single-stack 8-round magazine utilizes a load-assist button to ease tension on the loader's thumb. .380 ACP
