Description:
HITLER BECAME A LEADER OF THE NAZI'S GERMANY IN 1933. AFTER WW1 GERMANY DIDN'T HAVE RIGHT TO HAVE A MILITARY.
IN 1934 HITLER ORDERED MAUSER FACTORY TO START SICRETLY PRODUCING LUGERS PISTOLS WITHOUT MAUSER BANNER STAMPING ON THEM AND ALSO WITHOUT DATES. THESE LUGERS WERE STAMPT LETTER "K" ON THE CHAMBER INSTEAD OF 1934. IN 1935 THESE LUGERS WERE STAMPED WITH LETTER "G", AND ONLY IN 1936 THESE LUGERS WERE STAMPED WITH THE ALL 4 DIGITS "1936" UNTILL 1940. THERE WERE NOT MANY LUGERS WERE STAMPED WITH ALL 4 DIGITS IN 1941, MOST OFF THEM WERE STAMPED WITH THE LAST 2 DIGITS "41" AND "BYF" OR NUMBER "42" (RARE) ON THE TUGLE. THERE WERE A VERY FEW LUGERS IN 1941 AND SOME IN 1942 WERE MADE WITH BLACK BAKELITE GRIPS, THEY WERE CALLED "BLACK WIDOW".
THESE LUGERS ARE MORE DESIRABLE BY LUGER COLLECTORS, AND THEY BRING 30% MORE VALUE THANN LUGERS WITH WOOD GRIPS.
