Description: General Specs: Winchester, Year 1915, .30 WCF, 6lb 3oz, LOP 13 1/16" Serial Number: 805983 Here we have a very desirable Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine, sn805983 built in 1915, retaining all original factory metal finishes and an excellent bore, near perfect screws, 20” barrel with 98% factory blue, magazine tube at 98% as well, #44 Carbine rear sight, about 20% blue on the action (from a time period that the action blue commonly flaked off), and solid wood with normal handling marks, nice finish, and the original carbine crescent steel buttplate. This gun is all correct and has not been messed with. We have this one priced to be a good buy, and the best Model 1894 SRC .30WCF on the internet for this price. The value of these little Model 1894 Carbines continues to go up, so consider your purchase an investment, not an expense. You couldn’t find a more handy little rifle to take to the deer woods, demonstrated by the huge number sold over the years.
