This "Cross in Shield" marked pistol has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel with the metal retaining 95-97% of the original blue finish. There is some mild silvering at the front of the slide, along the raised edges and projections, as well as the characteristic bright metal along the travel arc of the safety lever. The pistol was never converted to the later hammer and has no half-cock. There are no import markings on the pistol, but the Swiss military stamps and "P" deaccession stamp on the trigger guard are crisp and clear. The grooved wooden grips are in fine shape with some minor handling marks and surface blemishes on both sides. The pistol is housed in an original brown leather Swiss military holster that has a 1958-dated maker stamp on the back, "J. BLEIKER / 1958 / PFYN", and "(Cross) / M" stamp. Two original high polish blue magazines are included, and this is an excellent example of a highly desirable, early Swiss military P-210 variant.
