Description:
Serial #499672, 7.65mm (.32 ACP), 3 3/8" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome pistol that has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel, with the metal retaining 98-99% of the original high polish blue finish, with some fading at the muzzle. The trigger, extractor, and barrel retention pin have retained nearly all of their original bright fire bluing, with some trace fading visible along the edges. The checkered walnut grip is in fine shape with a few minor handling marks and tiny surface blemishes. The right side of the frame is engraved with a pre-war Stoeger retailer marking, that contains two typographical errors: "A.F. Stoeyer, (sic) Jnc. (sic) New York / Made in Germany". The pistol comes with a single Mauser banner marked magazine and rates excellent condition overall. This is a neat little Stoeger-imported Mauser, with an unusual flawed marking. FFL or C&R
