RUGER NO. #1 CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF HIGHWAY PATROLMEN " WING WHEEL ON THE SIDE OF THE RECEIVER " FALLING BLOCK RIFLE . SER# 132-45693, CALIBER 357 MAGNUM. THIS WAS A LIMITED ADDITION GUN THAT WAS ORIGINALLY OFFERED ONLY TO MEMBERS OF THE CA HWY PATROL. A TOTAL OF 1820 WERE MADE . SAD TO SAY THIS ONE HAD SOME POOR STORAGE . WOOD IS ALL SOLID WITH SOME FINISH LIFTING . THERE IS OXIDATION ON THE BOTTOM REAR OF THE TANG, ONE THE LEFT REAR EDGE OF THE RECEIVER WERE IT MEETS THE WOOD. A LITTLE LOVE AND THIS GUN COULD BE BROUGHT BACK TO WERE IT SHOULD BE. A 3500.00 PLUS RIFLE FOR JUST 1795.00
