1945 ASTRA MODEL 600/43 OR 600 PORTUGUESE NAVY MODEL SEMI-AUTO 9MM LUGER CALIBER PISTOL. Serial number "451XX" and all matching. 9mm parabellum caliber(hence the "43" designation as was the change made at the request of the Germans during the War). A superior example with 95 to 97 percent of the original blue finish with balance just beginning to fade. Excellent factory black plastic grips with no cracks or losses. Mint bore. All the original polish on the trigger and slide catch. "MRP" stamped on left slide stands for Marinha Real Portuguesa" so one of 800 shipped to Portugal in 1951. Two original "Astra" stamped magazines and one aftermarket one. Produced/proofed in 1945 with later "Made in Spain" behind caliber marking on top left slide. Correct four line address on top of slide.
