This gun was built in 1913, and has seen several modifications over the years. The butt stock is solid, with a compass inlet, and fit with an Ithaca butt plate. The top of the receiver has been drilled and tapped for a scope mount, and the side of the receiver has 2 holes for a peep sight. The screw is missing from the left side of the forearm, and she has what appears to be a Marbles full buckhorn in the dovetail. The bore of the 22" barrel is dull with strong rifling present, The metal surfaces are smooth and pit free. Parts or restore? $375.00 with free shipping and insurance to an FFL, or C&R on your end.
