The Ruger Blackhawk .30 Carbine has a three screw frame that has not been updated with the transfer bar hammer block. It was manufactured in 1968; the year Ruger first chambered the Blackhawk for the .30 US Carbine cartridge. It would be a good addition to any collection .30 Carbine
