Description:
L.C.Smith 16 gauge field grade built in 1949. This gun is in outstanding original condition for a 73 year old gun. Built on a featherweight frame,it retains 99% of the original barrel blue, 100% of the original case colors,and 99% of the original wood finish. It has 28" Armor Steel barrels choked improved modified (.025") and full (.035"). It has 23/4" chambers and the raised solid rib. The bores are mint and free of any rust or dents. the stock is sound with no cracks or handling marks.This would make a great dove or pheasant gun or a fine addition to any collection. Very hard to find in this condition.
