Cincinnati, Ohio"" Guard is a high relief figure of a cloaked rider. Pommel has an eagle perched on a rock over animal heads. Scabbards frag is a panoply of arms. Scabbard also has a soldier in guard position and an eagle in high relief. Scabbard is engraved with ""Awarded by the Exhibition Association to the Captain Making Best Score""/ ""In Interstate-Contest at Galveston's Semi-Centennial- 1889. A.P.
