USMC M1C Garand. Aka MC-1 MC-1952. Good condition Serial # verified rifle with Kollmorgan scope. Nivce original condition USMC M1C. This rfile serial umber was verified as a M1C by Dave McClain of the Garand Collectors Association. One of roughly 7,500 M1C's drilled and tapped by Griffin & Howe. G&H scope base is matching to the rifle, G&H Kollmorgan scope mount is so marked. typical 4-1952 barrel date, farily tight muzzle (bullet test) I do not have a TE gauge. Scope is Kollmoragm with MC serial number scope, Scope is clear and the dials work properly. National Ordanance proofe, P marked. consistent with Springfiled 52 MC1 rebuild. Early US marked leather sling. Very rare USMC sniper rifle from the late Korean war early Vietnam era. These rifle went with the Corp to all the trouble spots around the world in that time period. No USMC collection is complete without one. Price reduced to $9500,00. Going to big soon if I don't sell it here!
