Description:
SOLD.....PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS. $$$ REDUCED.........This Colt Single Action Army Revolver was made 128 years ago and now may look better than when it was new. It has been professionally restored Blue / Color Case hardened with, checkered Ivory grips. The bore has sharp rifling, no pitting but some moderate frosting in the grooves. The action has been tuned and is very smooth with good lock up. It is presented in a custom case having provisions for 8 display cartridges.
This is a fine addition to any Colt Collection. Serial number 158113. Cal. .41 Colt with a 4 ¾” barrel. It will be shipped with the custom presentation case as shown.

Antique firearms, pre 1899 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed. I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING:
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $80.00.

Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
