This is a rare first variation example Zero Series Walther P.38. One of only 1,000 produced, it features the hidden extractor and rectangular firing pin. The pistol has the original, matching slide and frame but the barrel is unmarked and unnumbered. The first is a complete restoration, and it's high quality, high-polish work. The grips are original zero series style with 480 code inside but they are not numbered. Magazine is 'jvd' marked with a replace baseplate. Good mechanics, including de-cocker. Bore is shiny with strong rifling but a little frost in the grooves.
