Description:
All original rifle in excellent shape, just over 4lb with 28" barrel with excellent sharp bore and strong rust blue. Front sight is a Beech type, rear base is there but ladder/leaf removed in deference to a Marbles tang sight with dual aperture. Nicely checkered original wood with ebony tip and checkered horn buttplate, lop 13.5", some dings as photographed. Action has cocking indicator but no safety. Caliber appears to be 300 Rook, which is a .300 bullet circa 90 grains at 1200 fps. Brass is available but you will have to cast your bullets. Dies avail from CH4D and maybe Huntington.
