Description:
Colt Army Special .38. The barrel is 6" with blue loss to both sides of the barrel, some blue remains on the top and bottom of the barrel, the bore is very good, original front sight, Colt Army Special roll mark on the left side of the barrel, Colt's manufacture patent dates rollmark on the top of the barrel. The frame and cylinder have 50% original blue, rampant colt stamp is clear on the left side of the frame, the timing and trigger are good, the chambers are clean, most blue loss looks to have occured due to holster wear. The grips are original hard rubber, the chequering is worn, grips have no cracks or chips and look to have never been removed. Built 1920. 04500671 RSS $425.00
