Description:
Weatherby introduced the Mark V bolt action in 1958. It was an in-house design built to withstand the hottest of Weatherby's experimental cartridges. Over time, Weatherby moved the place of manufacture from Germany to Japan. In 1995, they moved production to the United States, where this rifle was made. The 300 Wby. Magnum used a 9-klug bolt action, and Weatherby promises a 1.5 MOA or less accuracy from a cold bore.
