Description:
The Model 722 was produced in the 50's and could be called the godfather of the famed Model 700. It was based upon the Mauser bolt concept, but replaced and simplified the parts to create a firearm that was both very strong and very affordable. This one is one of the base models with a plain walnut stock, iron sights, provision for scope and chambered in the .300 Savage, a godfather to the .308 Winchester. .300 Savage
