Customer trade in 1877 Colt \"Lightning\" .38 Long colt. Based on the serial number this appears to have been manufactured in 1879, and is in working order with a working action. This is an honest working gun and therefore shows wear on the nickel finish, and the checkering on the grips. This is an ejectorless model with all matching serial numbers. This would make an excellent addition to any Colt/old west collection, or would fit in perfectly into a living history outfit. If this piece of American history could only talk, think of the stories that it would tell!
