Description:
This is a full box, 50 rounds, of .40-60 ammunition manufactured by Winchester with 210 grain bullets. The square corner, 2 piece, late 1890's box has the Central Fire labeling with cartridge cut showing marked headstamp. Interestingly the box is marked “THESE PRIMED SHELLS ARE MANUFACTURED AND GUARANTEED...." indicating the box was purposed for reloading components. The box condition in very good condition with edge wear and repaired and active seam splits with labels showing flaking and clear graphics. The box is full with correct “W" primed loaded cartridges that are in excellent condition with several darkened with age tarnish.
