WWII German military dress bayonet made by Puma and marked Solingen. The etched inscription reads ""fur erinnerung an meine dienst geit Kempten/ Allgau"", which roughly translates to "" For reminders of my service"" Kempten/ Allgau is a small town in Bavaria. The blade is in very good condition. The etched panel shows no wear. The scabbard has been painted in black lacquer. The release button is non-functioning as this bayonet is ceremonial.
