Description:
Rifle has a later 70 style bolt knob and a Buehler low scope safety, so the period-correct QD B&L Balvar 2.5-4x scope could be mounted in B&L adjustable mounts. Optics are clear with medium crosshairs. Iron sights are original, sling eyes not swivels. Wood and checkering are very nice, early schnabel forend, new PM "White Line" 1/2" pad and no grip cap. Repaired crack rhs, almost invisible. Had a receiver sight at one time. Bbl 24", LOP 14". Very nice bore, finishes are about 50%, carries nicely, ready to do what it's made to do .. hunt!
