This Marlin 39 AS is in like-new condition, as indicated in the pictures.
This lever action includes a 19-shot tube magazine, black walnut pistol grip stock with fluted comb, original rubber buttpad, grip cap, swivel studs, MarShield finish, open sights (including original front sight hood), gold trigger, and takedown feature. The AS model designation indicates a rebounding hammer and hammer block safety.
This Marlin has been factory drilled and tapped for scope mounts. We have no indication that a scope has ever been mounted on this rifle.
Rare, bonus features include empty magazine and live chamber indicator windows.
Bullseye in stock is intact.
