This rifle is a French MAS, Model 1936, in original military configuration. All numbers found match, less floor plate. Bolt wear indicates very low use. Bore is excellent! We find no cracks or splits anywhere on this rifle. There is no import mark found anywhere.
Original owner claims veteran bringback. Cartouche on buttstock retains original 1940 stamp as seen in pictures.
