Description: *****SOLD SOLD SOLD***** Winchester Model 21 Skeet Grade - 28ga 20ga 20ga - Three Barrel - ca. 1937 - Cody Letter - 28” 28” 26” - IC/M M/F WS1/WS2 - Awesome Setup!   Facts: Ultra-rare configuration with two extra true-Winchester sets of barrels Cody Lettered as a 20ga - but 28" 20ga and 28" 28ga not mentioned - obviously added later at Winchester Stock Dimensions on Cody Letter do not match current configuration, but the stock appears to be original  Cody has proven to provide inaccurate data from time-to-time, like: Letter says Standard Grade but clearly stamped "SKEET" on floor-plate  This is the finest setup a man could've designed back in the 1930's for club, upland and collection (in this grade) The versatility offered here is simply awesome and beautifully crafted  I have a photo of the letter for a serious buyer but the content is shown below The Winchester early 20ga and 28ga barrels alone are worth a truckload of USD Assumptions: We surmise that this gun was sent back to Winchester in the 1950's for a new stock and potentially another set of barrels. Following that event, it was then sent back to Winchester for the third set of barrels. These assumptions are made based on the quality of the wood and the stampings on the barrels.
