Hello, my name is Teodor Todorov and I am knife maker. My shop is located in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. I began knifemaking in the fall of 2014, starting out with nothing but a file,saw and angle grinder. Over the last few years I’ve worked my way up by purchasing new equipment one machine at a time. I made my first knife on the balcony in my apartment. I am using stock removal method and I make my own handles and sheaths. I try to use as much stabilized handle material as possible in order to help prevent thermal expansion and cracking, but some materials are just destined to expand and contract throughout their lifetime of use.
