As scarce as the rifles are, the carbines are scarcer, especially the ones that feature an integral bayonet. Hall rifles were used during Mexican American war, Indian wars and to a smaller extend in Civil war. The gun for sale is in good everall condition, stock has a usual crack on the left side of the receiver, Action works fine with a two stage hammer. Rear barrel band is loose.
