Description:
This FN Herstal Browning Model High Power GP-35 semi auto pistol in 9MM Parabellum is in good condition. The High Power was sold to 68 different countries for military contracts pre and post World Wars. This High Power was never a pristine model, but a military grade from the start, and has been arsenal refurbished. The black slide and frame are good with a rough texture and various proof marks. The 4.6" carbon steel barrel is good with clear sharp rifling in its bore. The front and rear sights are typical military service. The factory trigger is good with a firm crisp release, and the magazine safety which keeps it from firing without a magazine in place. This FN has the thumb indentation in the slide which dates it to no later than 1958 when it was discontinued from production. This High Power has the military lanyard ring and the hard black Bakelite hand grips. The words High Power do not appear on this pistol anywhere, but from the appearance it is typical High Power.
