You won't see another one of these guys. This model 70 Winchester in caliber 375 H&H Magnum was manufactured in the Winchester custom shop per one of the Winchester VIP'S back in the 1980's. the serial number G1772 indicates a low custom shop number.
Getting back to the rifle itself, The stock is exhibition grade super hard French Walnut with beautiful hand checkering, the bolt, barrel and magazine floorplate are factory engraved, needless to say the bolt and magazine follower are also nicely engraved.
The bluing inself has a bright beautiful mirror finish.The rear sight is a custom three leaf express sight and the front sight is a custom hooded sight.
. The barrel is the African weight 24 in barrel, the ejector is the claw type pre 64 type and the recoil pad is red factory Winchester.
