Description:
22" full octagon barrel with button magazine, this short rifle has a fair bore and wood in very good condition with most of the original finish. Overall in nice condition with 70 percent blue with some slight pitting in barrel. Case hardened frame, fancy wood, and a sporting rear sight. At 140 years old, this is a great and rare find for the serious Winchester Collector. Most of these Winchesters are found with the British Proof Mark and round barrel.
