This pre 1964 Standard Grade Model 70 features a control round feed action, large Mauser style claw extractor of positive feeding and extraction, walnut Monte Carlo stock, hinged floor plate magazine for safe unloading and a three position safety. This rifle has been refinished both metal and wood. It is a good looking shooter grade Model 70. Manufactured 1954. .30-06 Springfield
