We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Description:
This is a nice long range, hunting rifle. The serial number dates this rifle to around 2005. Chambered for the powerful .300 Remington Short Action Ultra Magnum (300 RSAUM), this rifle would be very suited to hunting medium and heavy sized game such as deer, elk, bear, etc.… The Mark II in 300 RSAUM has the manufacturer’s model number 17813. Not very many of this model were made. It features a 22” long blued taper barrel and an American Walnut stock. The bluing is excellent though the receiver has that purplish tinge to it that Ruger firearms sometime have. This is generally indicative of a high vanadium content (vanadium is used to increase the strength of the receiver). The barrel has one noticeable scratch on the top but otherwise is in top shape. The bore is in pristine shape with no rust or pitting. The magazine holds 3 rounds. The stock is unblemished. As mentioned in the title, the rifle comes with a nice Simmons 8-Point 4-12x40mm scope. There are a couple of scratches on the bottom of the tube underneath the Simmons name. The scope cover lacks tension in the strings but is easily replaceable. Ruger scope rings are used. Also included is a nice leather sling. There is also a simple soft case for transport (not shown).
