Description:
A truly rare Parker - this #6 frame 8 gauge gun built with factory original 36" barrels. This gun made with splinter forend, double triggers, extractors, auto safety. The splinter forend is original to the gun, the buttstock is an expert quality replacement and terminates with an original skeleton buttplate. The gun is engraved in beautiful early Grade 3 (DH) grade pattern as seen in the photos. I believe the stock was made by Russ Bickel about 20 years ago.
Overall, the gun remains in excellent condition. The barrels retain about all of their beautiful black and white damascus pattern. Action has toned mostly gray with crisp engraving and a hint or two of original case color remaining. The forend is very good and original. The buttstock, as noted above, is excellent and sound and retains virtually all of its custom finish. The trigger guard retains virtually all of its custom factory type blue. The gun is tight and sound. Bores are excellent.
