LIMITED PRODUCTION HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON .32 AUTO PISTOL, #11XXX, ONLY MADE FROM 1916-1924. These distinctive hammerless auto pistols were designed by Webley & Scott of England who licensed H&R to manufacture them and sell them in the United States. These pistols have a certain look and feel that harken back to "between the wars" England where this exact pistol made by Webley I& Scott was issued to the London Police. They have a surprisingly good feel and are extremely well made in every respect. this example retains about all the original blue with only some minor pin-prick brown spotting here and there that is NOT rust or pitting, just the blue starting to age. All markings are sharp and excellent, H&R embossed hard rubber grips are excellent, tight action, original magazine, correct bright trigger guard, grip safety functions properly as does the safety, excellent bright bore, unaltered. A classy 100 year old solid steel auto.
